Job Description

Redlands Healthcare Center is a 78-bed skilled nursing facility located in Redlands, near Redlands Community Hospital. "Serve more people, touch more lives" is our pledge and promise. At Redlands Healthcare we create a home-like atmosphere for our residents by providing recently renovated accommodations along with team members that feel like family.
PAY:
From $45-52 per hour + /
DOE What You'll Do:
  • Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to residents, utilizing evidence-based practices to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each resident's needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, speech therapists, and nursing staff, to provide holistic care.
  • Ensure successful financial outcomes by managing resources effectively and maintaining compliance with billing and reimbursement requirements.
  • Mentor and supervise therapy staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in program development and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care services.
What We're Looking For:
  • Current California license as a Physical Therapist (PT).
  • Previous experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Passionate about providing high-quality patient care and achieving successful financial outcomes.
