We're actively hiring Physical Therapists throughout the Rio Vista area and Solano County — serving Rio Vista, Isleton, Clarksburg, Courtland, and the surrounding Delta and Sacramento River communities — and we specialize in bringing clinic-based or hospital-based PTs into home health with structured, hands-on training built around your schedule and learning pace. Hold an active California PT license — or are currently in the process of obtaining one Are based in or near Rio Vista, Isleton, Clarksburg, Courtland, Fairfield, or anywhere in Solano County Are currently working in outpatient, inpatient, SNF, or another home health setting and want to expand your opportunities Are motivated, self-directed, and comfortable working independently in the field Are a new grad open to building a home health skill set from day one
