Description:

Physical Therapist - Outpatient We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality physical therapy to patients in an outpatient setting. Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on their needs and goals. Provide hands-on treatment and therapeutic exercises to improve mobility, strength, and function. Treat one patient at a time , allowing for personalized patient care. Complete approximately 40-minute evaluations . Manage a caseload of approximately 19 evaluations per week . Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately.

Requirements:

Current Physical Therapist license in the state of practice. Minimum 2 years of musculoskeletal experience . Strong clinical, communication, and patient-care skills. Ability to work independently while providing patient-focused care.
