• $149,000 annually Position Overview A healthcare organization in King City, California is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients under physician direction using evidence-based therapeutic procedures and modalities designed to restore mobility, strength, coordination, and functional independence. This role focuses on delivering individualized patient care while promoting recovery, safety, and improved quality of life in accordance with state practice standards and rehabilitation best practices. Key Responsibilities Patient Evaluation & Treatment Evaluate patients referred for physical therapy services Develop individualized treatment plans focused on mobility, strength, pain management, and functional goals Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and rehabilitation modalities Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate Maintain a high standard of patient-centered care and safety Rehabilitation & Functional Recovery Restore muscle strength, flexibility, range of motion, and body alignment Improve mobility, balance, endurance, and independence with daily activities Utilize evidence-based rehabilitation techniques to support recovery outcomes Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and mobility strategies Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Ensure compliance with state regulations, clinical standards, and organizational policies Follow safety procedures and rehabilitation department protocols Team Collaboration Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and rehabilitation staff to coordinate patient care Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and discharge coordination Support a collaborative and positive rehabilitation environment Required Qualifications Licensure Current California Physical Therapist license required Experience Less than 1 year of experience required New graduates are encouraged to apply Preferred Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in both inpatient and outpatient settings Commitment to patient-centered rehabilitation care Knowledge of evidence-based physical therapy practices Benefits Competitive compensation package Comprehensive benefits program Professional growth and continuing education opportunities Supportive clinical team environment Relocation assistance may be available For more details contact at or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
