This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated clinician to build advanced clinical expertise through hands-on patient care, mentorship, and a structured residency program. As a PT Resident, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care while expanding your clinical skills in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You'll work alongside experienced physical therapists, participate in advanced training, and contribute to meaningful patient oues. What You'll Do Evaluate, treat, and manage patients within CA licensing and APTA scope of practice Performprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Implement and adjust therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams on care plans Educate patients and families on treatment goals and discharge planning Maintain accurate, timely documentation and meet productivity standards Rmend and train patients on assistive and adaptive equipment Participate in rounds, care conferences, and continuity of care planning Actively engage in residency program requirements including mentorship, didactics, and clinical development activities Pay The anticipated wage for this position is between $87 to $92. Hourly wage depends upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors. Pay Details:

$87.00 to $91.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program,muter benefits and a 401K plan.
