What You'll Do Provide Skilled PT Care:
Conduct comprehensive in-home evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for geriatric patients.
Implement Therapeutic Interventions:
Focus on functional strengthening, gait training, balance, and fall risk reduction to improve patient mobility and independence.
Manage Your Caseload:
