Role Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a full-time or part-time, on-site role in Sunnyvale, CA. In this position, you will assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide physical therapy to aid in recovery and rehabilitation. Your responsibilities will also include monitoring patients' progress, educating patients and their families about treatment techniques, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide quality care.
Responsibilities:
Identify and meet patients' goals and needs Develop treatment plans that help improve clients' motion and mobility Provide quality, personalized, and evidence-based care Motivate patients Consult and practice with other health professionals Evaluate and monitor progress Maintain current knowledge of treatment practices Have excellent interpersonal communication skills Be professional, dependable, and reliable
Required:
License/Certification:
a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of California Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patients' needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for providing patient education and collaborating with team members Compassion, empathy, and a patient-focused approach to care
Strongly Preferred:
Expertise in Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, and Patient Care Knowledge of medicine and experience working in home care or clinical settings
Compensation:
Salary based on experience level Full-time position includes benefits such as vacation days, 401K, and health insurance
