Exciting new opening for a Physical Therapist in medium sized outpatient clinic serving the Silicon Valley in Sunnyvale, CA.
ABOUT THE EMPLOYER
Outpatient physical therapy clinic with the goal of providing the highest level of care, quality reporting, convenient scheduling, and efficient billing systems to ensure that our patients enjoy an experience that is consistent from their first contact with our facility. Clinically, we use a unique combination of manual skills, anti-inflammatory and pain management modalities, education, and comprehensive neuromuscular re-education. Compensation:
$98,000-$115,000 commensurate with experience.

ABOUT THE POSITION
With a staff of 12 DPTs working in a 10,000 sq ft facility supported by PTAs and admin staff, we deliver a wide variety of physical therapy to patients ranging from about 12 years old to 100. Generally speaking, we provide Physical Therapy treatments for Sports Performance, Wellness, Corporate Ergonomics and Wellness, Pelvic Floor (Men's and Women's Health), Parkinsons and other high-functioning neuro, TMJ, Orthopedics, and Fall Prevention. Our facility is fully equipped with all the necessary tools to provide superb service. We have regular skills labs for both "soft" and "hard" skills as well as other ongoing training and mentorship. We are looking for a Physical Therapist who possesses attention to detail, is open and honest in their communication, has initiative, and has the ability and desire to learn and follow proven protocols and build incredible, lifelong relationships with every individual they evaluate.
Your responsibilities will include:
(partial list) Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with licensure in an orthopedic outpatient setting Provide appropriate supervision and guidance for each patient at all times Provide appropriate supervision and guidance for all support staff, especially PTA's (aides) Work with PTA's to facilitate maximum use of each patient's time every time they are here Perform all documentation in a professional and thorough manner so that any PT who might pick up the chart could have a good idea of what the main issues are and plan is, successes and failures, etc. And more. You should also have the ability to handle the load of a full day/week in outpatient physical therapy. We have an incredible team, and we are growing. The clinic is very busy and fun to work in.
