Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and deliver direct physical therapy services to students. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs. Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, administrators, and the student support team to ensure continuity of care. Maintain thorough documentation and track student progress regularly. Qualifications:

Valid California Physical Therapist license. Experience working with children or previous school-based setting experience is highly valued.
