Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions, including assessments of anatomy, physiology, and medical history Develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each patient's needs and goals Implement therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, orthotics adjustments, hand therapy techniques, and orthopedics management Operate and monitor medical equipment essential for therapy sessions, ensuring safety and efficacy Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, occupational therapists, and nursing staff to coordinate care strategies Document patient progress meticulously through detailed records and reports in compliance with healthcare standards Educate patients and their families on exercises, injury prevention, and post-treatment care to promote long-term wellness Qualifications Proven experience practicing in a physical therapy role within clinical or hospital settings Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to physical therapy practice Hands-on experience with hand therapy occupational practices and orthotics interventions in occupational therapy Familiarity with medical equipment operation used in rehabilitation environments Experience working in orthopedics, geriatrics, inpatient care, outpatient clinics, or post-acute settings such as sub-acute or hospital medicine Additional expertise in dance therapy or specialized therapies is a plus but not required Demonstrated ability to work effectively in inpatient or outpatient environments with diverse patient populations Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to restoring movement and enhancing lives through expert physical therapy.
