Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients utilizing clinical reasoning to develop targeted treatment plans and discharge goals. Delegate and oversee discipline-specific therapy services ensuring alignment with patient needs, goals, and physician directives. Complete clear, concise, and timely medical documentation including goal writing, quality assessments, letters of medical necessity, and charge entries in compliance with relevant regulations and clinic policies. Promote patient and employee safety by adhering strictly to safety protocols including safe patient handling, infection control, and workplace hazard identification. Participate in student education programs, providing supervision, learning objectives, and evaluations to foster professional growth. Maintain professional licensure and comply with all state practice acts and continuing education requirements. Engage in ongoing professional development and performance improvement initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

Licensure as a Physical Therapist in good standing. Strong clinical reasoning skills with ability to develop and adjust treatment plans effectively. Experience in outpatient therapy settings preferred. Commitment to patient safety and adherence to compliance standards. Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and contribute to professional education.
