Job Description
WSi Healthcare Personnel seeks a PRN Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, patient-centered care across partner hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities. In this flexible role, you will evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and use evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function. You will document thoroughly, collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, and educate patients and families on home programs. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function Document assessments, treatment, and progress in accordance with regulatory and facility standards Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams to coordinate patient care Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety, and functional goals Adapt care plans for diverse patient populations and changing clinical needs Maintain compliance with professional, legal, and ethical standards Travel to assigned facilities or patient locations as needed for PRN coverage Required Skills Physical therapy evaluation and treatment planning Orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation Functional mobility and gait training Therapeutic exercise and manual therapy Use of assistive devices and durable medical equipment Clinical documentation and EMR systems Patient and family education Interdisciplinary care coordination Pain management techniques Knowledge of rehabilitation regulations and compliance
