Responsibilities Provide physical therapy services across multiple care settings: home health visits, outpatient clinics, and acute care facilities Assess patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans Manage post-operative, sports injury, and geriatric patient caseloads Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes Document patient progress and adjust treatment as necessary Qualifications and Desired Experience Valid Physical Therapy license Proven experience in outpatient settings required; inpatient experience preferred Ability to work independently across multiple care settings Strong clinical skills in post-op rehab, sports injuries, and geriatric care Schedule Monday through Friday dayshift Preferred 8-hour shifts; 4x10-hour shifts may be considered Additional Details Manager interview and offer required Immediate start available Travel assignment within approximately 60 miles of Hugo, CO Bill rate is all inclusive Candidates interested in a dynamic role that blends various therapy modalities across settings are encouraged to apply promptly to secure this exciting travel Physical Therapy position.
