To improve the orthopedic health and overall well-being of the communities we serve. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive initial physical therapy evaluations, assessments, and screenings. Develop, implement, and modify individualized, evidence-based physical therapy plans of care. Provide high-quality hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and neuromuscular re-education. Document patient progress, evaluations, and daily notes accurately and timely within the EMR system. Collaborate closely with referring orthopedic physicians and mid-level providers to optimize patient outcomes. Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, safety protocols, and injury prevention techniques. Discharge patients appropriately when goals are achieved and provide comprehensive transition plans.
Qualifications & Requirements Education:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist program (Doctor of Physical Therapy / DPT preferred, or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Physical Therapy).
Licensure:
Active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the State of Colorado (or eligible to obtain before start date).
Certification:
Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification required.
Experience:
Experience in an outpatient orthopedic or sports medicine setting is preferred, but motivated new graduates are welcome to apply.
