Desired Background:

Holds a current license as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Previous experience in school settings preferred, though energetic new graduates are encouraged to apply Strong interpersonal and organizational skills for collaborating with educators, students, and families Adept at developing individualized therapy plans and documentation Committed to maintaining confidentiality and following ethical guidelines

Main Responsibilities:

Provide direct and consultative physical therapy to a diverse caseload of students, helping them achieve their educational and developmental goals Conduct assessments and contribute to IEP meetings as an active team member Develop and implement therapeutic interventions tailored to each students needs Coordinate with teachers, staff, and families to monitor progress and adjust plans Maintain accurate and timely records for all services rendered
