We are recognized for our comprehensive approach to restoring our patient-clients health & assisting in the restoration of movement impairments while maximizing functional mobility & reducing pain. We focus on providing a comprehensive physical assessment of the neuro-musculo-skeletal system, apply hands-on care, & guide our clients through education & effective clinic-based & home exercise & movement programs. Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to determine functional limitations and develop tailored care plans that align with individual needs and recovery goals. Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy techniques such as therapeutic exercises, and mobility training. Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment strategies to optimize outcomes and ensure safety. Educate patients and their families on physiotherapy techniques, injury prevention strategies, and home exercise programs to promote ongoing recovery. Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment sessions, and progress notes within electronic medical record (EMR) systems. Stay current with advancements in physiology knowledge, anatomy, orthopedics, geriatrics, pediatrics, and other relevant fields to provide the highest standard of care. Bachelor's, Master's degree in Physiotherapy, DPT or an equivalent qualification from an accredited program. Valid licensure or registration as a licensed Physical Therapist in the applicable state. Proven experience working in outpatient clinics, home health environments, or rehabilitation centers. Experience developing comprehensive care plans for diverse populations including geriatrics and pediatrics. Familiarity with EMR systems for documentation and patient management.
