Physical Therapist (PT) - Madison, CT Brand-New Clinic Opening | $85,000-$100,000 | $350/Month Medical Stipend | Bonus Potential A new FYZICAL clinic is launching in Madison, CT , and we're looking for a Physical Therapist who wants to be part of building a high-quality outpatient practice from day one. If you're looking for a role where your input matters, your ideas can shape the clinic, and your career can grow as the practice grows, this is the opportunity for you. This location will proudly serve patients from Madison and surrounding shoreline communities including Guilford, Clinton, Branford, Killingworth, Old Saybrook, Westbrook, and East Haven.
What We Offer Competitive salary:
$80,000-$100,000 , based on experience $350/month medical stipend Bonus potential based on clinic performance PTO and paid holidays CEU support Free Connecticut PT license renewal Opportunity to influence clinic culture, systems, and patient experience from the ground up About the Role Perform comprehensive evaluations and create individualized treatment plans Deliver high-quality outpatient care across orthopedic, neuro, balance, and vestibular conditions Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed Contribute to building a positive, patient-first environment What We're Looking For Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program Active Connecticut PT license (or ability to obtain) Strong outpatient clinical skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities A PT comfortable working in a new clinic environment Interest in helping shape culture, processes, and long-term clinic success Preferred (but not required) Outpatient experience Interest in vestibular, balance, or neuro, or ortho If you want to join a brand-new clinic where your voice is valued and your career can grow quickly, we'd love to hear from you.
