The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in physial therapy principles, with a passion for improving patient mobility and overall well-being. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing personalized care plans, and implementing effective treatment strategies across various clinical settings. Your expertise in anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology will be essential in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting recovery processes. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine functional limitations and develop tailored treatment plans. Implement evidence-based physiotherapy techniques, including trigger point therapy and orthopedics interventions, to facilitate recovery. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate discharge planning and ensure seamless transitions between inpatient, outpatient, and home health care. Monitor patient progress regularly, adjusting care plans as necessary to optimize outcomes. Educate patients and their families on exercises, injury prevention, and health maintenance strategies within home and community care settings. Document all patient interactions accurately using electronic medical record (EMR) systems while maintaining confidentiality. Provide specialized care for diverse populations including pediatrics, geriatrics, and individuals recovering from orthopedic or neurological conditions. Requirements Valid licensure as a licensed Physical Therapist. Proven experience in acute care, hospital environments, outpatient clinics, or home health services. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practice. Experience developing comprehensive care plans that incorporate discharge planning and patient-centered goals. Familiarity with EMR systems for documentation and patient record management. Expertise in various physiotherapy techniques such as trigger point therapy and orthopedics treatments. Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams in inpatient or outpatient settings while demonstrating excellent communication skills.
