Physical Therapist - Home Health Territory includes: Waterbury, Torrington, Berlin, Danbury and more! Clinical Magnet, a division of ICON Medical Network, is hiring a dedicated Physical Therapist for a full-time permanent Home Health opportunity covering the Waterbury, CT territory. This position offers the flexibility and independence of home health while being supported by an experienced and collaborative clinical team. This is a great opportunity for a PT seeking schedule stability, strong benefits, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with patients in a one-on-one setting.
