1 Description American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with 2+ years of acute rehab experience for a 13-week travel assignment. Details Acute rehabilitation setting 5x8 day shifts, 40 hours per week Must be available to work one holiday, if needed Requirements Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapy experience in acute rehab Degree in Physical Therapy required BLS certification required (AHA only) PT License required if applicable State licensure required with primary source online verification Active license required, no pending licenses accepted Completed post-graduate instruction required First Aid certification preferred Additional Information Provides comprehensive physical therapy evaluations, program planning, and treatment administration as part of an interdisciplinary team Performs detailed clinical assessments and develops age-appropriate plans of care based on physician referrals Accurately documents patient treatment and adapts effectively to changing work assignments Two manager or supervisor references preferred, verifying experience within the last 12 months, with at least one from the most recent employer Candidates must live within 50 miles of the facility
