Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment plans accordingly to optimize outcomes. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment. Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards. Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness strategies, and post-treatment care to support long-term health goals. Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all clients during therapy sessions. Requirements Valid state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist. Proven experience in outpatient physical therapy settings. Strong communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds. Knowledge of current physical therapy techniques, modalities, and best practices. Ability to assess patient needs accurately and develop appropriate treatment plans. Compassionate approach with a focus on patient-centered care. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for documentation purposes. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
