Job Description

Physical Therapist (PT) Full Time & PRN FT Pay Range $43-$53 per hour depending upon experience. PRN Pay Range $55-$62 per hour. Wilmington Nursing and Rehabilitation Center Center is seeking Physical Therapists (PT) The ideal candidates must be devoted and compassionate about their chosen career and have an active license. We are looking for PTs who are a dependable, self-motivated, team player and flexible. PTs are the eyes and ears for our Residents and play a very important role. Why work for us? Skills of PTs :
All qualified applicants should possess the following qualities: Providing direct patient care to assess their medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations and restrictions and potential for rehabilitation. Establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals determined according to the patient's capacity and tolerance under the direction of the Physician. Document and record the patients' condition and educate patients and families in an appropriate physical therapy method. Collaborates with all disciplines to provide best patient centered treatment and care.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Must have a valid professional license and registration for state of practice. Experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care is preferred.
