$22,000 Back In Action Physical Therapy (BIA) has 10 clinics across the central/SE Florida area and we are continuing to grow. The BIA team provides the best individualized patient care in the Ft. Lauderdale and surrounding areas. We are looking for a Full-Time licensed Physical Therapist to provide clinical coverage at our Coconut Creek clinic. Licensed Physical Therapist:
Evaluate and assess patients' physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans Provide hands-on physical therapy to patients using a variety of techniques, including Joint Mobilization. Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques and home care strategies Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary Ability to perform the day-to-day management of the clinic Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of physical therapy and incorporate new techniques into practice Participate in marketing programs that educate patients on specific problems. Participate in key metric setting and follow up with goals set with colleagues.

Licensed Physical Therapist:
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Current State licensure as a Physical Therapist Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A person who demonstrates the physical and mental capabilities (practical &/or written, post training competency test) to perform the duties required of the position. A person who can meet the physical and mental demand level of the position.
