Provide evidence-based outpatient physical therapy treatment. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and continuation of care. Complete accurate documentation on time. Coordinate care with the clinic team and referral sources. Maintain professional and licensure standards. Skills & Qualifications Current Florida Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain it. DPT or degree from an accredited physical therapy program. Strong patient-care and professional communication skills. Reliable documentation and follow-through. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative clinic team.
