Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Overview Priority Care Rehab Staffing is hiring a licensed Physical Therapists (PT) for skilled nursing facilities across Florida. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping patients regain mobility, improve strength, and enhance their quality of life. Whether you're an experienced therapist or a new graduate, we provide a supportive environment focused on clinical excellence and professional growth. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for residents Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions Monitor and document patient progress in accordance with regulations Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility guidelines Qualifications Active Florida Physical Therapist license Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred (new grads welcome) Schedule Full-time preferred; part-time or PRN options may be available Compensation & Benefits $1,720 - $2,400 weekly gross rate Weekly direct deposit Voluntary health insurance (for full-time W2 employees) Paid time off (PTO) Opportunity to work as an Independent Contractor Sign-on bonus for full-time hires Referral bonus Work Locations We are currently hiring for multiple facilities across
