Apply specialized techniques such as trigger point therapy and other physiotherapy modalities to optimize patient outcomes. Educate patients and their families on treatment procedures, home care routines, and community resources to support ongoing recovery outside of clinical settings. Qualifications Valid licensure or certification as a licensed Physical Therapist in the relevant jurisdiction. Proven experience practicing in a physical therapy role within outpatient clinics, hospitals, inpatient units or home health environments. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and clinical documentation standards necessary for effective treatment planning. Demonstrated ability to develop comprehensive care plans for diverse patient populations including geriatrics, pediatrics, neurology cases, orthopedics, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Experience working with electronic health records (EHR) or electronic medical records (EMR) systems for documentation and patient management. Excellent client communication skills to explain treatment procedures clearly and foster trust with patients of all ages.
