Physical Therapist - Join Our Team! PRN and Part Time Weekend We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team. Our mission is to provide personalized wellness experiences through exceptional nursing and rehabilitation services tailored to the unique needs of each individual. We are committed to enhancing quality of life and transforming ordinary expectations into extraordinary outcomes. Responsibilities Assess patients' medical histories and current physical conditions Diagnose movement patterns by observing patients and listening to their concerns Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs Establish clear goals and expected outcomes for each treatment plan Utilize exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on therapy to reduce pain, improve mobility, and prevent future injuries Educate patients and families on the recovery process and self‑care techniques Skills and Qualifications Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Education & Licensure Master of Science or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Successful completion of the National Certification Examination Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of practice Why Join Us?
