Physical Therapists (PT) & Occupational Therapists (OT) Palm Beach County, FL Faith Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapists (PTs) and Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join our growing home health team. We have immediate opportunities for therapists to provide one-on-one skilled therapy services to patients in their homes throughout Palm Beach County , including West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Lake Worth, Wellington, Royal Palm Beach, Greenacres, Palm Beach Gardens, Jupiter , and surrounding communities.
