The primary responsibility of this role will be to treat patients in their homes.
Requirements:
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program or graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Current unencumbered state issued PT/PTA license.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
