Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, including physicians and nurses, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care. Patient Population / Client Focus As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Rain or Shine Physical Therapy Services, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Your role will involve understanding the unique challenges faced by each client, and delivering therapy solutions that not only facilitate recovery but also empower them to regain their functional independence. Qualifications Current and active licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida. A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or higher from an accredited institution. Strong communication and organizational skills to navigate patient interactions effectively. Exceptional interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. A genuine commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry advancements.
