We specialize in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation, and our team of Certified Hand Therapists represents the highest level of expertise in treating conditions of the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder.
In addition to hand therapy, our clinics provide comprehensive physical therapy services for patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and movement disorders.

Job DescriptionAs a Physical Therapist with The Hale Hand Center, you will:
Float between our Melbourne and Rockledge clinic locationsEvaluating and treating patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting while helping them regain strength, mobility, function, and confidence.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findingsGuide patients through therapeutic exercises to restore strength, mobility, and functionProvide manual therapy, therapeutic modalities, and other evidence-based interventionsMonitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as neededMaintain accurate and timely documentationEducate patients and families on home exercise programs and recovery strategiesCollaborate with physicians and fellow rehabilitation professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
