Position Overview Empower Move Physical Therapy, LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-time Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) specializing in orthopedics. This role is pivotal in enhancing the rehabilitation experience for our diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will utilize evidence-based treatment approaches and engage in holistic patient care within a supportive outpatient office setting in Spring Hill, Florida. Work Environment Located in the vibrant Spring Hill area, our outpatient office provides a collaborative and positive space for both clinicians and patients. As a full-time Physical Therapist, you will work on-site, allowing for direct interaction with patients and the ability to adjust treatment plans promptly. Our facility is equipped with advanced technology and therapeutic tools to facilitate effective rehabilitation. Key Responsibilities Implement impactful physical therapy interventions tailored to diverse patient needs. Develop and execute individualized care plans that address both orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses. Utilize advanced software to objectively measure and analyze patient outcomes, ensuring evidence-based practice. Maintain detailed documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, re-evaluations, and discharge notes, emphasizing minimal administrative burden to allow more time for patient care. Assess and interpret patient data to determine age-specific needs, ensuring optimal treatment strategies. Deliver care in accordance with clinic policies and procedures while fostering a welcoming environment for patients and their families. Patient Population / Client Focus Your role will involve working with a wide range of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and chronic pain. Our clinic serves a diverse demographic, allowing you to engage with patients across various ages and backgrounds, which enhances your experience and ability to tailor care effectively. Qualifications The ideal candidate will hold, at minimum, a Bachelor's degree from an accredited program in physical therapy. Additionally, you must possess a valid Physical Therapist license in the State of Florida; an active temporary permit is also acceptable. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) / HealthCare Provider certification is required to ensure the highest level of patient care. Preferred Experience While not mandatory, previous experience in orthopedic rehabilitation is highly desirable. Familiarity with current physical therapy software systems and documentation practices will benefit applicants. Experience in a fast-paced outpatient setting will also support your success in this role. Compensation and Benefits Annual salary in the range of
USD 120,000
