Location:

Outpatient private practices throughout

Palm Beach County Responsibilities:

Evaluate new patient cases & create custom treatment plans Ensure smooth transition of care to clinical team Complete timely & efficient documentation and billing 34+ new patient evaluations/week in 1-hour blocks Flexible and willing to work at any Palm Beach County location as needed (Jupiter to Boca); daily schedules are typically based at one location

Requirements:

Active Florida Physical Therapy license (or eligibility) Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program (DPT, MPT, or MSPT) Minimum 5 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist BLS certification Livescan Level 2 background screen required

Compensation:

$120,000 per year
