9665896-30083 Job Description Step into a fulfilling contract opportunity as a Physical Therapist, working onsite in a supportive educational setting near Stone Mountain, GA. This full-time position allows you to make a significant difference for a diverse caseload of 30-35 students. You'll perform 2-4 evaluations monthly, developing and guiding individualized care within the school setting.

Desired Qualifications:

Licensed Physical Therapist with eligibility to practice in Georgia Previous experience in a school environment or pediatric setting is highly preferred Solid understanding of school-based IEP documentation and processes Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with students, teachers, and families Ability to manage a varied caseload and adjust interventions accordingly

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and document findings Design and implement personalized intervention plans for students, focusing on improving mobility and access to the school environment Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support student progress Maintain clear, timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress, and outcomes as required by school and state regulations Provide consultative services and training for school staff to facilitate appropriate supports Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions as needed This contract role offers the opportunity to contribute positively to students academic and personal growth in an onsite, full-time setting.
