$50-$70 Physical Therapist | Full-Time | Honokaa, Hawaii | School-Based | 2026-2027 School Year |$50-$70/ Hourly | Relocation Assistance & $5k Signing Bonus About the Role Provide Physical Therapy services to students in a K-12 school setting in Honokaa, Hawaii. You'll conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct and consultative PT services to help students improve mobility, functional skills, and access to their education. This role works closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support positive student outcomes. Why Join Us CEU and license reimbursement and tuition assistance Full benefits, including Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage 401(k) with a company match Paid sick leave, holidays, and vacation Dedicated mentorship and training from experienced therapists Company-provided live CEUs available virtually Supportive, collaborative school-based environment What You'll Do Conduct formal and dynamic physical therapy assessments to determine students' functional needs Develop and coordinate treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team Provide direct Physical Therapy services aligned with students' IEP goals Participate in IEP meetings, annual reviews, and triennial evaluations as appropriate Collaborate with teachers, families, and other providers to support students' mobility, participation, and progress in the educational environment Provide recommendations regarding positioning, mobility, adaptive equipment, and accommodations Maintain accurate therapy notes, assessment data, progress reports, and other required documentation Support students across a variety of developmental, physical, and functional needs within the school setting

What We're Looking For Must Have:

Active Physical Therapist license in the State of Hawaii Ability to meet Hawaii Department of Education requirements for working in a school-based setting Background clearance and TB clearance, as required Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with students, families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams

Preferred:
