Qualifications and Experience:

Masters degree in Physical Therapy required Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure Prior experience working with pediatric populations, especially within educational or school settings, is highly desired Strong communication and documentation skills An adaptable, student-centered approach to therapy and teamwork

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children with various physical challenges Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to integrate therapy goals into students daily routines Deliver direct physical therapy interventions, track progress, and modify plans as needed Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for accommodations or adaptive equipment Educate staff and caregivers on exercises and techniques to support students success Maintain thorough and accurate records in compliance with all regulatory standards
