Job Summary Elite Health + Performance is seeking a motivated and skilled Independent Contractor Physical Therapist to join our performance-driven healthcare team. We specialize in combining rehabilitation, performance training, and sports-minded care to help patients move, perform, and recover at their best. As an IC with Elite HP, you will have the flexibility of independent practice while being part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment dedicated to optimizing patient outcomes. Responsibilities Conduct detailed assessments of patients' physical abilities, limitations, and goals. Design and implement individualized care plans tailored to athletes, active individuals, and patients of all ages. Provide treatment for a variety of conditions, with emphasis on orthopedics, sports performance, post-surgical rehab, and injury prevention. Utilize hands-on techniques such as manual therapy, trigger point therapy, mobility training, and corrective exercise. Document patient progress and outcomes in compliance with clinic standards. Educate patients on home exercise, recovery strategies, and performance maintenance. Collaborate with chiropractors, athletic trainers, and performance coaches to deliver integrated care. Maintain professional standards consistent with Elite HP's philosophy of rehab + performance = results. Qualifications & Experience Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's in Physical Therapy (MPT). Current Iowa Physical Therapy license in good standing. Experience in sports rehabilitation, orthopedics, or outpatient performance-based care preferred. Strong knowledge of human movement, anatomy, and rehabilitation principles. Self-motivated with the ability to build and manage a caseload as an independent contractor. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first mindset.
