Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead day-to-day building maintenance for a commercial real estate portfolio. You will supervise technicians and vendors, plan preventive and corrective work, manage CMMS, and ensure reliable operation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems. The role includes budgeting, tracking work orders, and ensuring compliance with OSHA, codes, and company standards. You will partner with property and project teams to support client goals, energy efficiency, and sustainability initiatives in a performance-driven, client-focused environment.
