- Help clients remain independent and improve their quality of life What You'll Do Provide skilled occupational or physical therapy services in clients' homes Complete evaluations, reassessments, treatment visits, and discharges Develop individualized treatment plans based on each client's needs Provide therapeutic interventions and monitor client progress Educate clients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and home programs Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Communicate with physicians, caregivers, and the BrightStar Care team Deliver compassionate, professional, and patient-centered care Qualifications Current Iowa OT or PT license in good standing Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy program Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage a PRN schedule Reliable transportation Willingness to travel throughout Cedar Rapids and surrounding areas Home health experience is a plus, but not required Ready to Make a Difference?
