Altitude Physical Therapy is looking for a Physical Therapist who is passionate about delivering high-quality, individualized care while maintaining a sustainable and fulfilling career.

What You'll Do:
Provide one-on-one, 60-minute treatment sessions Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Emphasize long-term wellness and patient independence Utilize Remote Therapeutic Monitoring to support patient adherence between visits Collaborate with a team of clinicians to deliver high-quality care Contribute to a positive, growth-oriented clinic culture
