What you will actually be doing You will build a full outpatient orthopedic and sports caseload from the ground up, treating 1:1. You will have real influence on how this clinic operates, who joins the team, and how we show up in the Nampa and Caldwell community. As the location grows, there is room to lead it as Clinic Director. Building a caseload from zero is real work. You will not do it alone. You get our marketing team, our referral relationships, our systems, and a leadership team that shows up. The ownership track Here is what we are actually saying. We are building an organization that runs on strong operators. For the right person, there is potential to grow into a partnership and own a percentage of the company.
