Job Description

Brand new clinic. Ground floor. Room to grow into something bigger. We are opening in Nampa, and we are not looking for someone to just cover the schedule. We are looking for the PT who wants to help build a clinic and grow a caseload they are proud of. Idaho Spine & Sports has grown across the Treasure Valley on a simple model: one on one care, every visit, every time. Our therapists get the time to treat well, and it shows in our outcomes and our reputation. Caldwell/Nampa is new territory for us, and the right person gets to plant the flag. What you will actually be doing You will build a full outpatient orthopedic and sports caseload from the ground up, treating 1:1. You will have real influence on how this clinic operates, who joins the team, and how we show up in the Nampa and Caldwell community. As the location grows, there is room to lead it as Clinic Director. Building a caseload from zero is real work. You will not do it alone. You get our marketing team, our referral relationships, our systems, and a leadership team that shows up. The ownership track Here is what we are actually saying. We are building an organization that runs on strong operators. For the right person, there is potential to grow into a partnership and own a percentage of the company. We are not promising equity in a job post, and you should be skeptical of anyone who does. What we are saying is that the path exists, it is real, and we are open to that conversation with someone who proves they can build and lead. If you have thought about opening your own clinic but do not love the idea of personally guaranteeing a lease and a buildout loan, this is a version of that worth talking about. Who we are looking for Licensed PT in Idaho, or license eligible before your start date Solid orthopedic and manual skills, or the drive to build them fast Self starter. Opening a new location rewards initiative. Genuinely good with people, including referral partners and the community New grads with real hunger are welcome. So are experienced PTs ready for more than another caseload. Compensation and benefits Competitive Compensation Sign on Bonus Health Insurance Retirement Plan Contibutions Paid time off Paid Holidays Continuing education tuition and travel Idaho license renewal reimbursed annually Professional liability coverage included Why Caldwell/Nampa Caldwell/Nampa is one of the fastest growing cities in Idaho, and demand for good PT is outrunning supply.
That is a rare thing:
a market where you can build something substantial rather than fight for scraps. Cost of living is friendlier than Boise, the commute is short, and you are still twenty five minutes from downtown when you want it. Lake Lowell, the Owyhees, Bogus Basin, and the Snake River canyon are all close. Idaho does not make you choose between a career and a weekend. Ready to talk?
