Summary of Responsibility The Physical Therapist will assess and evaluate patients with both acute injuries and chronic health conditions in both inpatient and outpatient settings to develop individualized treatment plans. Using a combination of physical modalities and exercise, the goal is to improve the patient's quality of life. Our Physical Therapists have access to a full range of equipment to help patients return to their baseline and quickly transition back to daily life. The Physical Therapist is responsible for creating and delivering up-to-date, comprehensive physical therapy care plans for all ages. This includes supporting patients in regaining their range of motion, managing pain, and improving strength and endurance in a safe and effective manner. Idaho Falls, ID is in Southeast Idaho. Qualifications Possess a master's or doctoral degree in physical therapy from a nationally accredited school with board approved curriculum. Licensed to practice as physical therapist in the state of Idaho. Two years (2) of appropriate experience as a physical therapist in a clinical setting or transitional care unit, preferred. Obtain and maintain current BLS CPR/ First Aid Certification. Licensed driver with an automobile that is in good working order to get to and from work in various weather conditions.
