Full-Time Physical Therapist $5,000 Signing Bonus River City Physical Therapy | Post Falls, Idaho River City Physical Therapy is a family owned, PT led outpatient physical therapy clinic that has served Post Falls and the greater North Idaho community for more than 30 years. We provide personalized, evidence based care for orthopedic injuries, post surgical recovery, sports injuries, spine conditions, work related injuries, strength and mobility limitations, and a wide range of general outpatient rehabilitation needs. We have built our practice around two things: taking great care of our patients and taking great care of the clinicians who serve them. Our therapists are given manageable patient loads, dedicated documentation time, strong support, and the resources they need to provide thoughtful, individualized care without being pushed into a high volume model. River City is also entering an exciting next chapter. We are preparing for a brand new facility designed around modern physical therapy, active rehabilitation, strength, performance, and long term patient outcomes.

Our clinicians work with a wide range of outpatient orthopedic patients, including: Sports injuries Post surgical rehabilitation Spine and joint conditions Work related injuries Strength and mobility limitations Return to sport and performance General orthopedic rehabilitation We want our therapists to have the freedom and time to provide thoughtful, individualized care rather than simply moving patients through a packed schedule. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations Develop individualized plans of care Provide skilled therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular reeducation, and other appropriate interventions Progress patients safely throughout the rehabilitation process Educate patients on recovery, movement, and injury prevention Maintain accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with PTAs, physicians, and other members of the care team Help create a positive and supportive clinic culture Contribute to the continued growth of River City Physical Therapy What We Are Looking For Licensed or license eligible Physical Therapist in Idaho Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent Team oriented mindset Commitment to high quality, individualized patient care Passion for professional growth Interest in orthopedics, sports medicine, post surgical rehab, spine care, or other specialty areas is a plus New graduates and experienced clinicians are both encouraged to apply.
