Week Shift:
Day Shift (Two late shifts until 7:00 PM required each week)
On-Call:
None Pay Rate:
Local Candidates (Within 50 Miles): $53/hour (Negotiable)
Travel Candidates:
$59/hour (Negotiable) Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed. Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Ensure compliance with facility policies and professional standards. Schedule Applicants must be available to work 40 hours per week , including two late shifts ending at 7:00 PM each week.
Typical schedule options include:
Monday & Tuesday:
10:30 AM - 7:00
PM Wednesday, Thursday & Friday:
7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Schedule may be flexible, but two closing shifts until 7:00 PM are required. Requirements Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Illinois. Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Current BLS Certification (preferred if required by facility). Excellent communication and patient care skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Pay:
$53.00 - $59.00 per hour
