We are seeking passionate Physical Therapists to provide Early Intervention services to infants and toddlers throughout Illinois as Independent Contractors. With Small Wonders Big Ideas, you can: Set your own schedule and availability Choose the geographic areas where you want to work Build a caseload that fits your lifestyle Receive referrals from our agency Work independently without unnecessary micromanagement Provide meaningful, family-centered care Receive administrative and agency support Grow your caseload at your own pace What You'll Do As an Early Intervention Physical Therapist, you will: Provide individualized PT services to infants and toddlers Support developmental skills through play-based intervention Work collaboratively with parents and caregivers Provide services in the child's natural environment Complete required clinical documentation Participate in IFSP/team collaboration as required Maintain required Illinois licensure and EI credentials What We're Looking For Current Illinois Physical Therapist (PT) license Appropriate Illinois Early Intervention credential or eligibility Experience with infants and toddlers preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently Reliable transportation Professional liability insurance, as required Compensation Starting rate: $50 per completed 60-minute session About Us At Small Wonders Big Ideas Family Center, our mission is to provide high-quality, play-based therapeutic services that support young children in reaching their full developmental potential.
