What we're seeking: Licensed Physical Therapist, eligible for practice in schools Experience or strong interest in working with middle and high school students Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors Excellent communication and organization skills Familiarity with educational settings is a plus Your responsibilities will include: Delivering individualized and group physical therapy services to support students' educational goals Conducting assessments and using provided testing materials to develop intervention plans Participating in monthly meetings, team roundtables, and annual performance reviews Engaging in regular 1:1 check-ins and collaborative sessions with your leaders and peers Utilizing an interactive intranet to connect in real time with colleagues across the region Contributing to process improvement for efficient and best-practice services This is more than just a job—it's an opportunity to shape students' lives while growing professionally, all within an encouraging, innovative environment.
