Job Description

Category Schools - PT Job Type Contract Step into a fulfilling school-based role as a Physical Therapist working with middle and high school students. This onsite, part-time contract position is located near Elgin, IL, beginning as soon as possible and continuing through May 20, 2027. Key Qualifications:
Licensed Physical Therapist with experience or interest in school-based practice Comfortable working with middle and high school-aged students Effective communicator with students, staff, and families Organized and able to manage a consistent weekly schedule Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and consultative services to students, implementing IEP goals Complete assessments and maintain accurate documentation Develop treatment plans utilizing provided equipment and testing materials Work onsite 1 day per week (7.5 hours) to provide therapy and support Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and fellow clinicians during scheduled meetings Participate in annual performance reviews and process improvement activities
