WellBody Physical Therapy & Wellness | Elmhurst, IL 1-2 days/week | Afternoon/Evening Hours | $45-$50/hour Are you a PT who loves treating patients but doesn't love the high-volume, corporate outpatient model? WellBody Physical Therapy & Wellness is a small, independently owned physical therapy practice in Elmhurst, and I'm looking for the right PT to join me as the practice continues to grow. This isn't a position where you'll be expected to juggle multiple patients at once or meet aggressive productivity quotas. WellBody was built around providing thoughtful, individualized care and creating an environment where patients feel known—not like a number. I'm looking for a PT who values that same approach. The Position I'm currently looking for someone 1-2 days per week , with the greatest need in the afternoon and evening hours until approximately 7:00-8:00 PM . There is flexibility in creating the schedule, and I'd love for this position to have the potential to grow over time if it's a good fit for both of us. What You'll Find at WellBody You'll work in a comfortable, welcoming outpatient setting with the freedom to use your clinical judgment and actually spend time with your patients. Our patients include a wide variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, and treatment may incorporate therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, patient education and techniques such as dry needling, cupping, Graston/IASTM and kinesiology taping when appropriate. Most importantly, I'm looking for someone who enjoys getting to know their patients and providing excellent care. You May Be a Great Fit If You... Are an Illinois-licensed Physical Therapist Enjoy outpatient orthopedics and musculoskeletal care Are warm, personable and comfortable working independently Value quality of care over volume Have strong communication skills Want flexibility and autonomy Would enjoy being part of a small practice rather than a large organization Outpatient orthopedic experience is preferred, but finding the right person and personality fit is more important to me than checking every box. Compensation & Schedule $45-$50/hour , depending on experience 1-2 days per week Afternoon/evening availability is particularly needed, ideally with the ability to work until 7:00 or 8:00 PM .
