Key Qualifications:

Masters or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT/DPT) Active Illinois Physical Therapy License Ability to deliver therapy services in multiple school settings Comfortable traveling between different campuses during the school day Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with educators, therapists, nurses, and paraprofessionals

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for a caseload of approximately 35-45 students in both general and self-contained settings Support students physical independence and maximize classroom participation Train staff and students on positioning and mobility equipment Maintain thorough daily documentation, progress reports, and goal updates Adapt to varying schedules depending on school hours, with start times between 7:30 and 8:30 am, Monday through Friday Enjoy a dynamic workweek of up to 37.5 hours at several welcoming campuses in the Romeoville and Bolingbrook area. Full-time is preferred, but highly qualified part-time applicants will also be considered.
