Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

Valid Physical Therapist licensure in Illinois Experience supporting school-aged children, ideally at the middle and high school levels Understanding of IEP development, goal writing, and service delivery within educational settings Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

Deliver therapeutic interventions designed for students' educational needs Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and track progress toward IEP goals Collaborate with staff and families to support student participation in school environments Maintain up-to-date documentation and participate in necessary meetings Utilize provided equipment, tests, and resources to enhance therapy sessions
